Logo Contest – DiGiSC
Digital Storytelling for Social Change
As part of the preparation activities for the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Digital Storytelling for Social Change (DiGiSC), we invite all participants to take part in the official Logo Contest of the project.
The logo will represent the identity, values, and spirit of the project and will be used in all official materials, including the website, social media, dissemination outputs, certificates, and reports.

🎯 Purpose of the Logo Contest
The aim of the Logo Contest is to:

Encourage creativity and artistic expression

Strengthen participants' sense of ownership and belonging
-
Visually reflect the project's core themes: social change, diversity, inclusion, and digital storytelling
👥 Who Can Participate?
-
All participants and leaders involved in the DiGiSC Youth Exchange
-
Participation can be individual or in small groups
-
Each participant or group may submit up to 2 logo proposals
🎨 Logo Requirements
The logo should:

Be original and created specifically for DiGiSC
-
Reflect the themes of:
-
Digital storytelling
-
Social change
-
Diversity & inclusion
-
-
Be clear, simple, and easily recognizable
-
Be suitable for use on:
-
Websites
-
Social media
-
Posters & certificates
-
Technical guidelines:
-
Format: JPG or PNG
-
High resolution
-
Preferably adaptable to both color and black & white

Please send your logos by email to the project coordinator (please collect your team's choices internally and send them in one email by your group leader):

🗳️ Voting Procedure
Each country will receive 6 votes (1 per participant and 1 per leader).
After reviewing all logos, each team will submit their final 6 votes (you cannot vote for the logo's of your country) to:

Please collect your team's choices internally and send them in one email by your group leader.

🟠 Submission deadline:

🟢 Announcement of the winning logo:
📅 20 of February (via Facebook group & project webpage)
🏆 Selection Process

The winning logo will be selected through:

A combination of participants' voting and
-
The coordination team's evaluation
-
Criteria include:

Relevance to the project theme
-
Creativity & originality
-
Visual clarity and usability
⭐ Award & Recognition
🏅 The creator(s) of the winning logo will:
-
Be officially credited on the project website
-
See their logo used in all DiGiSC materials
-
Receive special recognition during the Youth Exchange in Cyprus

📌 Important Notes
-
By submitting a logo, participants agree that the design may be used for non-commercial Erasmus+ project purposes.
-
The logo must not include copyrighted material.
-
The coordination team reserves the right to request small adaptations for technical reasons.
