About the Project

Digital Storytelling for Social Change (DiGiSC) is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that brings together young people from seven organizations to explore how digital storytelling can be used as a tool for social change, diversity, and inclusion.

The project empowers youth to share their own stories, challenge stereotypes, and promote equality through creative media such as video, theatre, and photography. Participants will work together to raise awareness of key social topics like climate change, gender equality, human rights, and social justice, learning how to communicate ideas effectively in a digital world.

• Promote inclusion, diversity, and intercultural dialogue

• Encourage creativity, teamwork, and leadership

• Empower youth to become active changemakers in their communities

🎬 Activities

During the youth exchange, participants will take part in:

• Interactive workshops and non-formal learning sessions

• Video, photography, and theatre creation

• Cultural exchange nights and community visits

• Debates and discussions on media representation

• Team projects on storytelling for social impact

🌱 Expected Impact

Participants will gain practical skills in digital media, communication, and creativity, while developing greater understanding of social issues and cultural diversity. The project promotes personal growth, intercultural awareness, and community engagement, inspiring participants to use storytelling as a tool for positive change in their societies.
